I believe dentistry provides a real opportunity to help people, and in some cases, change and improve their lives. I get a feeling of satisfaction when I can say I made someone's life better. I have enjoyed growing with my patients and developing long-term relationships with them.

Education

I attended Jesuit High School in Portland Oregon, prior to Carroll College in Helena, Montana, for my undergraduate degree and continued on to Oregon Health and Science University Dental School to receive my Doctorate of Medical Dentistry. I have been fortunate enough to practice since 1987 at Beaverton Dental Center.

I routinely participate in continuing education courses and seminars through the many professional associations I belong to.

Outside the Office

I was born in Milwaukee, WI, and have lived in southwest Portland for over 40 years. My wife, Nancy, and I have two children, Robert and Catherine. In my free time I enjoy gardening, photography, and cooking.
